A dedicated mid-pipe program for the BMW M platform: free-flowing Z-pipe sections that replace the most restrictive part of the factory system, in T304 stainless with jig-controlled fitment.
On the S58 and S63 engines, the factory mid-section does much of the silencing — and much of the restricting. Our Z-Pipe series replaces those sections with smooth, mandrel-bent stainless routing: sharper throttle response, a fuller sound under load, and no drone-friendly resonator compromises.
Every variant in the series is built on its own jig — G80, G82, F80, F82 and F87 each get dedicated fixturing, so hangers, flanges and clearance match the chassis without modification. Supplied with the V-band clamps and fittings shown, ready to bolt on.
