Porsche 911 · 991 / 992
Titanium valved exhaust system
A weight-reduced GR5 titanium cat-back with remote-controlled valves — engineered for the 911 chassis so ground clearance, heat routing and tip alignment stay factory-correct.
Overview
Lighter, sharper, and made to fit the first time.
Titanium changes the character of the car: roughly 40% lighter than the equivalent stainless system, with a cleaner, more metallic note that sharpens as the revs climb. Because we build each system on our own jig from the CAD routing, fitment is repeatable across every unit you order.
Valve control is included as standard on this platform — closed for cold starts and daily driving, open when you want the full exhaust note. Tips are available burnt, polished or ceramic coated to match your build direction.
- Full-penetration, back-purged TIG welds
- CNC-machined flanges and V-band clamps
- Jig-verified fitment before packing
- Photo and video record of your system pre-shipment
