This website is operated by OUCHI Autosports Manufacturer (Ouchi Auto Technology, Meizhou), China. This notice explains what happens to information you send us through this site.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to submit through the enquiry form or by email and WhatsApp:

Your name, company name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number
Country and product interest, material preference and target quantity
Any message or photos you send us about your project

We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. The site does not require an account and does not use marketing cookies.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange samples and production, and to communicate with you about your orders. That is the only purpose.

How it is handled

Enquiry form submissions are delivered by a third-party form service (FormSubmit) to our business email. Website hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare. Both process data on our behalf; we do not grant them rights to use your information for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to serve your enquiry, and afterwards only where we are required to keep commercial records (quotations, contracts, shipping documents).

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers needed to fulfil your order — for example freight forwarders or, where applicable, our bank for payment documentation.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to: confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (where we are not required to keep it for accounting or customs purposes). Write to lydia.ouchi@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
