Who we are
A dedicated exhaust workshop, not a trading company.
OUCHI was founded in 2023 and today operates as a specialised manufacturer of premium performance exhaust systems for European supercars. Our production site — commissioned in 2025 — was built around one product category, so the equipment, the jigs and the people are all tuned to exhaust work.
We do not stock generic parts and resell them. Every system starts from a fitment target: a specific chassis, a specific engine, a specific customer requirement. That is what makes our units repeatable across reorders — and what makes us useful to distributors and tuning brands who need a manufacturing partner rather than a catalogue.

Capability
What we do under our own roof.
No subcontracting of the steps that decide fitment, flow and finish.
CAD & jig development
Pipe routing designed against the real chassis: ground clearance, heat paths, valve placement and tip alignment are planned before metal is cut.
Mandrel bending
Consistent inner diameter through every curve, so flow is not throttled at the bends — the most common compromise in budget systems.
Hydraulic tube expansion
Slip joints formed on our own modified hydraulic expander: repeatable diameters, clean sealing surfaces, no hand-fitting at assembly.
CNC machining
Flanges, V-band rings and tip components machined to drawing for flat, leak-free mating faces.
Hand TIG welding
Experienced welders produce full-penetration, back-purged welds in GR5 titanium and T304 stainless steel.
QC & export packing
Fitment check on jigs, weld inspection, surface finishing, foam-protected packing and a photo record before dispatch.

OUCHI regularly attends international automotive aftermarket shows — most recently the KOAA SHOW in South Korea — to meet distributors and tuning shops in person, show sample systems and discuss OEM programs face to face.
